Project Brief
The project required creating engaging visual designs for Paytm’s presence at various events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction. This included booth design, promotional banners, digital displays, and other marketing collateral that effectively showcased Paytm’s offerings and differentiated it from competitors.
Objective
To create visually striking designs that amplified Paytm’s brand identity and attracted footfall. The goal was to facilitate meaningful interactions with attendees, communicate product offerings clearly, and support lead generation. Each design element was crafted to convey Paytm’s innovation and leadership in the digital payments space, ensuring a memorable experience.

Booth Design
The Problem
The primary challenge was to design visually engaging event materials that utilized space, incorporating lighting & visual height to enhance brand visibility. Balancing aesthetics with clear communication of Paytm’s diverse offerings was critical, especially for varied audiences ranging from tech-savvy users to business partners. Strategic use of booth layout, bold graphics & visuals ensured that design resonated across various event formats. Coordinating with multiple teams to align messaging & logistics added complexity in delivering cohesive & impactful designs under tight timelines.

Planning & Execution
The planning began with precise booth measurements, visualizing the audience’s journey within the space, and identifying key engagement areas. Mock-ups were developed to test the layout, focusing on optimal lighting, height, and spatial arrangement to draw attention and direct foot traffic. Designs balanced impactful visuals with functional elements like seating, digital screens, and product displays.
Execution involved refining these concepts to adapt to different booth sizes, coordinating logistics for setup and takedown, and integrating interactive components to boost engagement and create memorable experiences for visitors.
Additionally, feedback from past events was reviewed to improve the placement of key features & ensure alignment with brand objectives. The final setup was thoroughly tested to confirm visibility and accessibility, enhancing the booth’s ability to attract and convert high-value prospects.

During the events, foot traffic increased by 30%, resulting in a 25% rise in inquiries and potential partnerships. The strategic use of interactive elements and visually appealing displays not only reinforced Paytm’s brand identity but also created memorable experiences that fostered long-term relationships with customers and partners, ultimately driving business growth and expanding market presence. For FY2023, Paytm achieved significant growth, with its total revenue increasing by 61% year-on-year, reaching $963 million. The company's average Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) saw a 27% year-on-year growth in Q4 FY2023, reaching 90 million.
