Thousands of people relied on IBM TechZone. Yet direct feedback was scarce—fewer than five responses a month.
Over 15 months, I worked to connect design, strategy and user research that makes user input more visible and actionable.

What is IBM Technology Zone?
IBM TechZone is the single destination where IBM's go-to-market teams and IBM business partners can easily find, access, and use ready-to-go technology live environments for demos, testing, learning, and exploring IBM solutions. It brings the technology, tools, and resources they need together in one place.
Before jumping into the case study, have a look at the UX categories I created to simplify and structure the different types of issues across IBM TechZone.
Let’s look at the full scope
UX Research
I led the onboarding experience review, feedback synthesis, and Help Page survey to identify usability issues, simplify everyday tasks, and uncover opportunities to make TechZone more intuitive and accessible.

Design
I revamped the ITZ homepage, redesigned single and multi-reservation flows, and created email designs, simplifying layouts and introducing visual identifiers to improve usability, clarity, and task efficiency.

Strategy
Architected the ITZ FEED Framer Framework, leveraging reusable components and scalable design systems to streamline website development, ensure design consistency, and accelerate workflows.

Memories at IBM
My time at IBM taught me that UX is a bridge between engineering and empathy. By creating a transparent "Feedback Loop," we didn't just fix buttons; we built trust with a global community of users.
